An ideas competition to explore ideas for the reuse of the Balboa Reservoir site opposite the City College campus. The plan proposed reinforcing the axial relationship with Timothy Pflueger’s Science Building with a set of new buildings arranged around a central courtyard. Two cloistered arcades line the courtyard on either side of a new Campus Library and Performing Arts Auditorium. Additional buildings would include a Student Unionj and Arts Studios.
