A proposed highrise office tower on the southern edge of the expanding Financial District. Located on Second Street and Folsom Streets, the proposed design contains offices and retail and conforms to the city’s massing and bulk controls.
The design relates in scale with the adjacent lowrise workshops and loft buildings.
