Mayfield Mall is a 578 unit Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) project for The Toll Brothers developers on the former Mayfield Mall site next to the San Antonio Caltrain station. The project occupies approximately 25 acres and consists of a network of streets and blocks with two new city parks. A variety of market-rate luxury housing types is proposed, ranging from Single Family Detached two-story dwellings adjacent to the existing residential neighborhood, to three-story townhouses over flats, and four-and five-story stacked flats closest to the train station. Parking is a ratio of 2 cars per dwelling with visitor parking located on the streets.
